Shema Yisrael, Hashem Elokeinu, Hashem Echad!

My name is Jonathan Shabbat. I live in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania in The United States of America. I was born on Sunday, December 6, 1981 (10 Kislev, 5742) at Jeanes Hospital, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I'm 42 years old.

I graduated from Harriton High School in Rosemont, Pennsylvania on June 7, 2000. On July 16, 2000, I made aliyah to Israel. I arrived in Israel on July 17, 2000 and lived at my grandparents' house in Kiriat Ata, Israel. Prior to making aliyah, I lived in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. I studed at an ulpan in Haifa from August, 2000 to May, 2001. On August 5, 2001, I moved into the dorms at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. On August 6, 2001, I started The Summer Ulpan (Intense Hebrew classes.) there which is part of The Mechina, the program for new immigrants that prepares you for the regular 3 years of college in Israel. I came back to Jerusalem on July 3, 2002, and stayed in the dorms overnight and on July 4, 2002, I took the rest of my belongings back with me to my grandparents' house. On July 31, 2002, I went on vacation to The United States and I stayed there until October 6, 2002, and I arrived back in Israel on October 7, 2002. On October 12, 2002, I moved into dorms near Bar-Ilan University. On October 13, 2002, I started the regular 3 years of college at Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel. My major was Jewish History and my minor was European History. I stopped in the middle and after completing the year on July 2, 2003, I moved back to my grandparents' house in Kiriat Ata. On July 26, 2003, I moved back to The United States and arrived on July 27, 2003, and I'm currently living there in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. In September, 2003, I continued my college education in The United States at Delaware County Community College in Media, Pennsylvania. I graduated from there with an Associates Degree in May, 2006. In August, 2006, I began study towards a Bachelors Degree in History at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I graduated to get my BA in History on December 14, 2008. Since coming back to live in The United States, I went back to Israel on vacation from July 19, 2004 to August 25, 2004, from July 14, 2005 to August 25, 2005, from July 10, 2006 to August 22, 2006, from July 18, 2007 to August 22, 2007, from July 26, 2011 to August 21, 2011, from January 8, 2013 to February 4, 2013, from October 29, 2014 to November 25, 2014, from August 20, 2015 to September 9, 2015, from May 17, 2017 to June 13, 2017, from May 30, 2018 to June 24, 2018, from January 9, 2020 to January 30, 2020, and from January 13, 2023 to February 8, 2023.

I like anything related to Judaism. I enjoy studying Torah, especially The Jewish Calendar, Jewish holidays, Jewish History, and The Land of Israel. I also like the laws of kashrut and enjoy eating rare animals. For my 16th Birthday, I went to The Dragon Inn, a kosher Chinese restaurant which was located in North East Philadephia, where I ate duck. I also ate duck for the first Seder of Passover, 5758, the first Seder of Passover, 5768, and Shemini Atzeret, 5775. I have also eaten duck and goose many times in Israel. I also ate bison (Buffalo meat.) for the first time in 2004 and since have eaten it a few other times as well. I also want to eat goat and venison (deer meat). I also like milk of rare animals. I drank goat's milk and want to drink sheep's milk.

I'm a Modern Orthodox Liberal Jew in terms of religion and a Right Wing Religious Zionist Jewish Nationalist in terms of politics. I'm not affiliated with any particular party, but I strongly support Jewish nationalist parties such as Moshe Feiglin's Jewish Leadership, The Jewish Home, and various Kahanist factions. I support retaining all of The Land of Israel and I support the settlement of all the territories liberated by Israel in The Six Day War. Therefore, I support re-liberating lands surrendered in treasonous "peace accords". I used to be a strong supporter of Binyamin Netanyahu and supported his candidacy in 2003 to gain back the position of Likud Party Chairman and Prime Minister of Israel to replace Ariel Sharon who took a sharp turn to The Left and became an Extreme Left-Winger. However, since Netanyahu lost the primary, I voted for The National Union in the elections on January 28, 2003, so The National Union could gain seats and put pressure on Ariel Sharon to set up a strong Right Wing Zionist coalition that would exclude all the Post-Zionist parties and which would include all the Right Wing parties and not a national unity government. I was very disappointed with Ariel Sharon and wanted his own party to impeach him so there wouldn't have to be new national elections. In light of the expulsion of Jews from parts of The Land of Israel by Sharon, I now firmly oppose the Bolshevik Establishment in Israel and support efforts to set up a true Jewish government. I wanted all real Right Wing parties to stay out of the Ehud Smolmert regime. In The 2009 Elections as in all elections since 2003, I supported The National Union and I wanted Netanyahu to include all the Right Wing parties in the government and exclude all the Left Wing parties from the government but I was disappointed that he included Labor instead of The National Union. In The 2013 Elections, I voted for The Jewish Home. I have a Right Wing Zionist Homepage. It includes general information on Israeli politics, Jewish History, and other Jewish and Israeli related topics. From there, there are links of many sites of interest to Judaism and Israel.

I enjoy History, Geography, Archeology, and Earth Science. In Earth Science, I especially enjoy Astronomy and learning about Earth's History, which helps me interpret Genesis 1:1-2:24. I have a Science and Judaism Homepage. I also have an Astronomy Homepage. From there is a link to my Earth Homepage which includes pictures of Earth, The Moon, and natural tourist attractions that I took.

I like to travel. I have an Israeli Tourism Homepage, a British Tourism Homepage, a French Tourism Homepage, a New York Tourism Homepage, a Baltimore Tourism Homepage, a Washington, D.C. Tourism Homepage, and an Arizona Tourism Homepage. I like to see museums, other tourist sites, and things in nature. I also like to go bike riding, sports (especially baseball), and trains.

Prior to making aliyah, I was in Israel 11 times. Including times I was in Israel while living there and times while visiting there, I was in Israel a total of 26 times. After making aliyah, I was in The United States 15 times. I have also been to Canada 5 times, England 4 times, France 2 times, and Egypt 2 times. I have been to 20 American states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Arizona, and California. I have also been to Washington, D.C.. In Canada, I have been to 1 province: Ontario.
